The staff is super friendly. I have been here for 3 weeks and will be her for probably another 6 more. I did stay at Wood Spring the first week and I had 13 roaches in 3 days. These rooms have been freshly painted, smell decent. Have had problem with toilet but maintenance gets here very quickly. There is a stain on the carpet. But it actually appears to be where a guest pain. Breakfast is way sugary. But that’s ok. I dont need the sugar. Cable TV could have a better Channel lineup. But it serves the purpose. I just say thank you for being here in my time of need!
Front desk guy super friendly! We first went to a room that had a terrible odor but they immediately gave us another room. The beds were comforable and that was all we needed. The pool was not filled and they used this as a reason to stay there I found that very misleading. Right next door to the police station so we felt safe there
The staff is great and the room was much better than we expected. I wish we had come here first. My husband and I stayed at several other hotels in the area before trying this place. It truly is a hidden gem. One of the best places we have stayed in clarksville and the price is unbeatable.
Everything is exactly like it's supposed to be. It's clean comfortable. The rooms are pretty big and overall. It's right in the heart of clarksville, location is perfect! Great room for the money
Very much enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed a safe place to sleep. We visit my daughter in a hospital near by. The room was clean the beds were comfortable the shower was hot. My son's only complaint was there was no wall plug near the bed lol but we made it work. Would definitely stay again.
Nice extra large room with flat screen TV. Front desk people were amazing! House keeping even knocked on my door asking if I needed towels or trash pick up. Great location. Not the Hilton but for the money it's a nice safe place to stay!
I use this hotel for work visits. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean. Also, the mall is behind the hotel. Dave and busters along with just about any cuisine stops you can imagine only 1-2 minutes away.
I came into town at almost midnight on 10/25/24 and called to see if they had a room for 2 nights and they did. I was checked in quickly and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. I had been driving for 9.5 hours and came into town for homecoming at Austin Peay University and to visit my son who plays football and goes to school there. The only complaint is that there was a large bar of soap left in the shower by the last person I guess. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable as well. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
